Not at all. While many artists are drawn to this work, the Mindful Arts Lab is for anyone interested in living with greater awareness, creativity, and intention.

Each session is a spacious, collaborative conversation guided by mindfulness, inquiry, and practical tools. We begin where you are, exploring what’s present, and gently work toward clarity, steadiness, and meaningful action.

Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes. Some people meet weekly, others biweekly or monthly. Together, we find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable.

Investment varies depending on the format (1:1, groups, or programs). Details are shared clearly before we begin, and we’ll discuss what feels aligned for you.
60 minute 1:1 sessions are $100 USD.

Yes. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I offer small group experiences, circles, workshops, and seasonal gatherings. These spaces invite shared practice, connection, collective exploration and community.
