Dear friend,

You are welcome here, just as you are…

We are all recovering from something.
The “lifequakes” that shape us
also open quiet doorways
where challenge can become deep growth.

There comes a point in healing when the urgency quiets.
The crisis has passed. The structure loosens.
And life—real, unscripted life—begins asking new questions.

It is here I offer an invitation into the rest of recovery,
the living continuation of healing as it meets everyday life.

The rest of recovery is the long arc—
learning how to listen to your body,
pace your energy,
tend your nervous system,
and live with meaning, creativity, and care.

These mindful rested recovery practices are not a pause from life —
they simply offer softer landings and kind guidance
of how to learn to live well, inside it.

You are not a self-help project.
You are a living system,
connected to breath, rhythm, meaning,
and something larger than yourself.

If you are longing for a place to land,
and a way to—gently, honestly, and sustainably—keep going,
May you find the comfort of rest here.

with warmth & hope,
Terri

The Path to Rest

The approach we use inside Rested Recovery

In this work, we explore rest as a sacred practice.

Through meditation, yoga nidra, and mindful visualization, you are invited to discover:

  • The quiet medicine of hope already alive within you

  • Emotional resilience cultivated through rest, not force

  • Strengths-based practices that honor what is strong, not what is wrong

  • A gentle, contemplative approach to spiritual practice

  • A softening from striving into clarity, calm, and renewed purpose

  • Permission to stop holding everything together — and simply be

This is not white-knuckled survival. It is learning to heal without hardening.

Where rest becomes an art

This is an invitation into one-on-one coaching and small Rest Circles for those longing to slow down, restore, and reconnect.

Together, we create a sacred, spacious container where rest is honored not as an afterthought, but as essential medicine — a practice that gently supports healing, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

  • Each session is a calm, supportive space guided by rest-based practices, reflection, and compassionate inquiry, shaped by what you most need in the moment.

  • This work is for anyone feeling depleted — emotionally, physically, or spiritually — and longing for rest, renewal, and steadier ground.

  • Sessions are typically weekly or bi-weekly, though we’ll find a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable for you.

  • Investment varies depending on the format (1:1 or circles) and is always shared clearly before we begin.

    60 minute 1:1 sessions are $100 USD.

  • No. While this work supports recovery, it is open to anyone navigating exhaustion, burnout, grief, or the call for deeper rest.

  • If you’re curious about rest as a practice and open to a gentler way of healing, a complimentary conversation can help you decide.
